"Wonderful"
Property was clean and quiet, in between a couple of subway lines, and very convenient to get around Manhattan.

The beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing - right in Midtown and very close to lots of great places for breakfast and other meals, and also close to grocery stores. Transport links excellent too - very close to Penn Station.

The location was very central (close to the main tourist attractions like Times Square, Summit skyscraper, Hudson Yards etc). We used to walk everyday and there is a great bagel shop nearby to have breakfast.

We arrived at midnight and checked in perfectly fine, the reception staff are really friendly. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Manhattan and the bed is huge and comfy. The TV provides the option to cast your phone to it which is great. My favourite feature of the room is the lg steam wardrobe thingy which removes the creases in your clothes pretty quickly. We used it every morning whilst we had a shower and got ready etc. The rooms were clean, the shower was always hot and had good water pressure. We weren't brave enough to try all the features of the japanese toilet lol. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Penn. Station which opens up a lot of opportunities for getting around. We took the airtrain from JFK to Jamaica and then the LIRR to Penn. Station. We also took the LIRR to the UBS arena for the ice hockey. Other than that you can walk to all the main attractions such as times square, empire state building etc. Central park was about a 30 min walk. You can get a breakfast bagel from Liberty Bagels on the same street as the hotel, there can be a big queue after 9am but it moves quite quick. Overall our stay at the hotel was perfect albeit we didn't spend much time in our room as we were always out and about.

Location was good for travelling on subway and a 20 min walk to ferries.Easy access to Hearld Square and Times Square near 3 diners and restrurant bars ect.

Hotel is situated in a good location, close to the Times Square, Empire state, Madison Square Garden and we felt safe all the time... Hotel doesn't have breakfast but there are many places to eat near: Liberty bagels, Andrew's, Dunkin Donut, Starbucks etc Rooms are very spacious, clean and bed is great. The street is busy but not that busy that is too loud to sleep and you don't have to worry about that beacuse you will be so tired from walking that you won't hear anything :D

Great central location on a relatively quiet street (considering how central it is!). Beds and pillows all super comfortable and the room was a good size and quiet. Room was Japanese minimal in design, cleaned to a high standard and very relaxing overall. Nice bathroom and having a bath + shower is a bonus.

The room size for New York is great. The room amenities, like the LG Styler and the big room fridge, were great, and I really miss that Toto Washlet. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful if needed, especially Stephanie.

This hotel is a 10/10! The hotel is modern, very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful -- a special thanks to Stephanie at the reception! Hen Na is also very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Port Authority and Times Square, while still having quiet rooms. I truly recommend this hotel!! :)

Did not have breakfast but able to bring in local fresh bagels for breakfast. Location very good for walking to many places and also subway just a short walk. Also staff helpful in providing directions and arranging transport to airport.

Lovely spot to stay in NYC! Close enough to Times Square and Madison Sq. Garden etc. but far enough away you weren't disturbed by noise etc. great facilities in the room and simple process for check-in/out etc. dinosaur was great for the kids.

Very spacious room with very comfy beds. Good bathroom size. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Location was great for visiting all the main attractions. We asked for a quiet room and got it - it was on the 16th floor at the back of the building.
